1. Assess eligibility

   Confirm whether your product category is open for import, and which origin countries/plants are currently admitted. Run a free check →

2. Confirm requirements

   Identify the applicable GACC decree, protocol and annexes — plus any animal/plant quarantine and testing conditions for your product.

3. Prepare documentation

   Assemble company registration, production licence, HACCP/food-safety certificates, product specs, labels and official exporter recommendations.

4. Apply for admission

   Submit the overseas manufacturer registration application through the proper channel, in the required format and language.

5. Establishment registration

   Get each production plant registered and issued its GACC / CIFER registration number.

6. Respond & close gaps

   Handle deficiency letters, on-site or documentary audits, and resubmissions until the file is complete.

7. Approval & export
